Scottish Maritime Stories and Rhyme

Join us for our Early Years Maritime Stories and Rhyme sessions, lots of fun and play to be had – part of our ‘Get Into Summer’ activities.

​These sessions on Wednesdays and Sndays thoughout July are for our youngest visitors under 5 and their grown-ups. Listen to maritime themed stories and rhymes and take part in some craft activities and active play and have some family fun together.

Each session lasts around 1 hour which includes time at the end for a cup of tea or juice and snack (provided).

Each family group will have their own spot and resources on the day which will be sanitised/quarantined after use. Maximum number of attendees for each session will be 10.

The sessions on 28th July and 1st August involve some painting activities and may get a bit messy – please come prepared!

All grown-up’ attending are asked to wear a mask (unless exempt) and follow the COVID safety measures in the Museum whilst attending the session.

Families should check-in at the front desk of the Linthouse building with their booking on their phone or paper if preferred and use our Track and Trace system.
