Shipyard by Lachlan Goudie

Shipyard is the brand new exhibition by renowned Scottish artist Lachlan Goudie.

For the last seven years Lachlan has been sketching and painting in the BAE shipyards on the Clyde and Forth, chronicling the construction of the next generation of Britain’s navy – the world leading Type 45 Destroyers and the monolithic Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carriers – as well as capturing the people who work to create these giants.

The museum is very excited to premiere this stunning new collection of work and celebrate this new chapter in Scotland’s maritime history.
