Gill Poulter

Dundee Heritage Trust

Gill Poulter has worked for Dundee Heritage Trust for 22 years, starting out as the Industrial Heritage Officer.

Gill’s first role in the museums sector was in the Human History department of Perth Museum and Art Gallery when Gill worked through the famous Perth flood of 1993. Gill loves being responsible for two very different museums – one maritime, one textile – certainly helps to keep life interesting!

Gill is currently the Scottish representative on the Association of Independent Museums.

Away from work, Gill likes exploring Scotland and the wider UK with her family in their campervan.
