#GoIndustrial at our venues across Scotland this summer and take part in a whole heap of fun activities for kids.

Scottish Maritime Museum at Irvine

The museum are running a number of activities over the summer, including a mini fesitval, Make & Take sessions and stories & rhyme sessions for under 5s. Included in museum admission. Find out more here.

National Mining Museum Scotland

Every Friday throughout the holidays there will be activities on site, from bubble football to kite flying – and more! All FREE plus snack/lunch provided. Find out more here.

New Lanark

Get exploring at New Lanark with three sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thusrdyas, 27th July to 12th August - Bugs N Beaties, Wonderful Water and FOrgaging and Feasting. Find out more here.

Summerlee Museum

Join Summleree's summer of play with a host of free activities, cinlduing a science show, outdoor skills and much more - find out more here. Plus they have play equipment for families free to use including space hoppers, giant Connect 4, Jenga, hoola-hoops and bubbles. Summerlee Museum also has a large play area with an accessible trampoline and swing. 

Grampian Transport Museum

Join the Junior Driving School at Alford and test your skills! For ages 4-8 - find out more here.

Almond Valley

Daily throughout the holidays there will be den-building and other activities happening on site, included in admission. Activities will be on a different theme each week – find out more here.
